Shipping policy

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. 

Due to the risk and cost associated with shipping fragile goods back and forth, we do not take returns or exchanges and we ask that you please purchase seriously. 

In the rare event of breakages during shipping, we offer a full refund if photographic proof is received within seven days for insurance purposes. Please contact us to request a refund and be sure handle broken pottery carefully — it can be very sharp!

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for pieces purchased at craft shows or from stores that carry our products.

We can't offer replacements or discounts to replace products you purchased in the past that have broken after frequent use. Pottery is a fragile good that does not come with a warranty, regardless of whom you purchase it from.
